Legal notices & terms of use

This page combines mandatory legal information and terms of use for Oprotect, a marketplace connecting clients with licensed private security providers in France.

Version françaisePrivacy policyCookie policy

1. Site publisher

The oprotect.com website and related platform are published by OPROTECT, a French SAS, registered office at 13 rue de Thorigny, 75003 Paris, France, 847 814 092 RCS Paris.

Contact: contact@oprotect.com — +33 1 86 98 23 11.

Publication director: management of OPROTECT.

2. Hosting

The web application is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, États-Unis.

Application data is hosted on Supabase (EU region per project configuration).

3. Intellectual property

All site content is protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

4. Purpose of the service

Oprotect connects clients with licensed private security companies and agents. Oprotect is not the on-site security provider; the service contract is between the client and the selected partner.

5. User accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Accounts may be suspended for breach of these terms.

You may request account deletion from your settings (Danger Zone) or by emailing contact@oprotect.com, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Quotes, bookings and payments

Online quotes are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed when the booking is validated.

Online mission payments are processed by Mollie B.V., a licensed payment institution (Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Pays-Bas). Oprotect is not a payment institution. Client funds are collected via Mollie (Connect for Marketplaces) before the mission, held until the service is validated, then routed to the partner agency net of Oprotect's commission.

Card payments use Mollie's hosted checkout (3-D Secure). Bank transfer may be offered on Oprotect staff instructions. Oprotect never stores full card numbers; optional card-on-file uses a Mollie mandate only.

Cancellation terms are those shown at booking, subject to applicable law. Refunds, where due, are processed via Mollie using the original payment method.

7. Partner agents

Partners warrant valid CNAPS licences and insurance. They remain solely responsible for mission execution.

8. Liability

Oprotect does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Liability is limited as permitted by French law. Partners are responsible for their own services.

9. Personal data

See our privacy policy and cookie policy.

10. Governing law

French law applies. Courts of Paris have jurisdiction subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The last updated date is shown at the top of this page.
